The talents might get more exposure from a high profile company, but they'll also get jewed hard by the levels and levels of middle and upper management that are leeching their earnings.
At least for Cover and I'm presuming Niji, the talents can potentially make more than the CEO through merit (YAGOO admitted Coco made way more than he does). Can't say the same about Sony.
