If I were rich I'll start an agency that act like a university. Give the talent 4 years contract then after 4 years everyone will have a graduation concert to finish their "bachelor degree". Then if they still want to be a vtuber, they can comeback for the "master's program". Seems like a good way to make graduations a fun event and to give the talent an easy way out if they want to stop.
