the aqua graduation is a bad sign but honestly in any large corporation or system people just inevitably get eaten and chewed up by the system. you could do everything right and still employees will quit because churn is inevitable and it's impossible to get hundreds of people on the same mindset. not saying whatever hololive doing is right, but a single graduation out of like 80 talent in years isn't a signal of an incoming collapse. spoilered to attract attention
