After what the whole Haachama thing, I could actually see them saying no to her though, I think they just want to keep the servers restricted to collabs and the branches each server is designed for. They could also say yes since it's a fun idea and she isn't planning on sticking around like Haachama was. They're definitely not trying to keep the branches from interacting at all though, they still have collabs and stuff.
