The Halloween one is called Yokai Hunter, it was part of the original run from which Trickster came to be, and like Trickster it has been in the lore several times, the artist is unknown currently, Mouse said it was so unique that the eyes will give it away. And her lore is basically same as always, just that in her timeline VShojo are dedicated Yokai Hunters.
