Sin is a very serious problem, people should learn of it and it's consequences, which are death and pain and suffering

As for relevancy, God will always be relevant as long as someone speaks about their beliefs, shondo has mentioned God so then discussions about this should be allowed
You can't just claim God is never brought up, especially when she takes His holy name in vain so often
Whether she affirms God or not is of no importance, as she did in fact mention Him
