Switching to Chromium, Edge, or complete garbage like Brave or mild garbage like Opera GX won't help - it's intrinsic to how its guts renders the UI - and those browsers all share guts. Disable hardware acceleration in its settings, will help a bit.

honestly? probably not even understood bug in an important part of Windows called "dwm.exe" - it's what actually draws Windows' UI for simplicity's sake. It leaks system memory. It leaks video memory. You can't restart it to free the memory up, because crashing it will crash Windows, kek. You COULD run Windows Server GUI-less and eliminate that problem, but at that point...you might as well just use Linux...
