Not really the vibe of the average TV season which is the main content, the movie is kinda neat if you know the references and confusing if you don't.
I think just trying one of the year 2000 and up TV shows is the best since that'll be a more accurate example if you'll like the franchise or not (but still, there's plenty of variation even between seasons, they all aim for different vibes and narratives, so keep trying).
