Mouse tried really hard, worked around her illness, lost sleep so she could stream more, had cool events, and did plenty of karaoke streams. Matara doesn't treat her subathon like a challenge she really wants to do her best at, and instead acts like it's a nuisance she has to put up with for a paycheck. My hype for it completely died when she took a break for multiple days, and started 'sleeping' for 13+ hours a day. If the streamer themselves doesn't care about their subathon, why should I care? If you ever feel tempted to donate during a subathon, only do it after they've really put in an honest effort for 3+ weeks. Never reward them early on, make them fear the timer reaching zero if they slack off.
