Server is vc-only and users are verified by providing proof they can operate vtubing and streaming software - otherwise a connected Youtube/Twitch/Other channel to the account containing VODs/Clips will do.

If there's concern of you having a shaky history; a background check will be performed and you will be questioned on the matter.
If you have problems with others; leave it at the door or don't come in at all.
