She goes through periods of setting up schedules herself that are borderline torture, acknowledging they're torture, everyone she knows acknowledging they're torture, going through the torture that nearly breaks her, melts down, gets better, then convinces herself the last overload "wasn't that bad" because she doesn't want to stop moving. It's a vicious cycle, but all I can do is look forward to what she makes.
