Girls in the West grow up too busy having nightmares about being pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen and never take the time to develop these skills. When you're trying to sell your talent, you do something you're confident in.
People are also saying the girls are catering to other things. This is correct but not the entire picture. There is a larger market for non-GFE, so you have more people fulfilling that need. That's simple enough. But there is still a very real GFE market. The missing puzzle piece is the stigma they'd have to deal with. Women in the West are effectively on a femininity strike and treat scabs the same way actual strikers do. They even have their own name for them.
