I can hear her just fine. I have no issues hearing Mouse if it's just her and the BGM and even the TTS, though it is louder.
The sound alerts, through her audio source, are significantly louder in the mix.
Which means that they will come in at a much higher volume, overpowering her.
MY volume setting cannot change anything about this.
