On Pekora's end, there's no way to know, but it has to be something petty. My most likely guess is it has to be something external to the two of them, meaning that it was not fixable with a conversation. The most likely candidate is Pekora's cancelled project making her go menhera, or get envious of Miko and her preferential treatment.
Miko has matured a lot in the last few years, she's an adult (mostly) with lots of responsibilities, she is the heart of many Hololive projects and events, etc. Meanwhile Pekora is still a child living at home and doing the same thing as always, they are not similar anymore. So while Miko might miss her old friend, she doesn't seem really down about it either.
For Suisei and Kanata, it seems to me that Suisei found out that Kanata isn't who she thought she was. Having admired her for years, she was really happy to get to know her better, but again, Kanata stagnated (there are many reasons for this, like her disease) and Suisei became a star. The dynamic completely changed, and while Suisei seems really humble and a saviorfag usually, I can see this specific case causing issues. It's one thing to cheer for someone who's up and coming or not polished, but when it's someone you admire deeply who gives up that can sting pretty hard.
It's also possible she felt completely ignored due to being a third wheel vs Coco and gave up.
In essence, Miko and Suisei have grown the fuck up and now relate to each other far more than their old friends.
