The top was shaped nicely before putting it in the pan and it was also buttered the perfect amount
I would say it's pretty much baked to perfection in terms of how it would taste, I wish she would've posted a cross section as well to see how it turned out inside but no doubt it's fluffy as milk bread should be. It would go so well with a nice cup of milk.
