I did already make the height map that somewhat follows the old heights (with some liberties taken here and there as the scales are different) and the hydrology would be based on it. Didn't get to work on it yet because like usual, monhun with friends got in the way, but I should be free today. Attached is the png file with your border as well as /who/, so you have some reference on where the rivers flow there. If you have any wishes for the main rivers, don't hesitate to tell me.
Also, as the other anon mentioned, while there are exceptions, usually rivers will end at the sea.
