Despite the fact that's mildly scary nightmare fuel, I genuinely don't think she's like this. Regardless, she could actually just be supremely autistic. Rena, who she will collab with, is doing fine, inclining, isn't 'shitty' and isn't unstable or a menhera. I'm sure she's just talking to everyone she can, so it's not systematic, and she's not obviously targeting any specific type of person.
