There happened be someone in both threads and witnessed this mistake in real time. I remember this specific instance because I still have the roserade submission, and it reminds me of my failings every time I see it.
I also witnessed a /stars/ anon accidentally post a random Rio image in /vmg/joseimuke somewhat recently.
