>>83158773Felt like doing this because hey, there's got to be something there in those months-long gaps of nothing. I don't know if it's Gura's fault or Cover's fault or even both but I mean, it's just not a good look if your supposed star, #1 world beater talent is MIA the majority of the time and you have no explanation ever and keep pretending it's all fine.
The thing is, if Cover just said "yeah gura will hardly be around, just assume she's on hiatus generally" people will be like "well what did you expect, she said she'd be away" but Gura does the opposite always leading on her fans implying she's gonna turn the corner and is just so super excited to be here, you guys, there's so much fun stuff coming so just sit tight and keep paying that membership. It's a grift, the very definition of grift is to trick people dishonestly into giving money. Cover looks less professional for enabling this lowlife shit and acting like they have a shred of moral authority asking fans to just blindly "support" these "talents" for doing literally nothing. Sure, there will be plenty of desperate and stupid people who do, but that doesn't make the company not scum for abusing its own customers' trust. People put a lot of good faith stock into Cover, basically treating it like vtuber Disney, but that good will is not infinite.
