this is actually the reason i never followed her - the account was dead, she only came back to insist it was still dead, and it was still up so i saw no reason to embarass myself by blatantly trying to weasel my way into a hypothetical future secret club that i don't belong inshe went private at some point after all of that
if you go private when nothing in particular is happening, i don't think it's unreasonable to say you've done it with the intent of tweeting something you don't want people to see at some point in the future, and as such it's reasonable to say that she went private "because of" this tweet even if she did it pre-emptively
