Of course, there's a brand of folk that are primarily into humiliation/sadomasochism and just use NTR as a medium for getting that, but that's not particularly for me. There's gotta be genuine affection between the guy and the girl before anything degenerate starts happening, and bitchy attitudes are generally a turnoff. It's a bittersweet form of cruelty that gets me, where emotional pain is carefully inflicted by the girl knowing that it's to tease and satisfy her partner more than anything. Escalations into more extreme play are ideally a mere extension of this idea rather than an indication the relationship is collapsing.
