She is saying that if you hate-watch a streamer just so you can be an asshole in their chat, you're a pathetic piece of shit. And she's right.
She's not expressing disdain for her own fans, or saying that everyone who watches vtubers is a pathetic virgin loser.
Imagine being so addicted to the sensation of getting outraged on the Internet that you interpret a reasonable statement as an insult, just to give yourself an excuse to be angry about something.
