don't bring rrats here if you don't know about Luna, you speak of previous persona, but you don't know why she left her previous company, and neither you know that her rommate account can't be a "previous" if she still releases content.
It was Matsuri not Coco that made Luna trust the holomembers, and opened the door for all the friends she made including Subaru.
And Luna is just realizing that Coco is gone.
