Just don't settle for a blurry look, I forget what setting it is but it fucks up at lower render resolutions and makes everything blurry, but its totally fixable. I see way too many people on toasters/trying to minimize frames playing with vaseline on their screen, lower resolutions will be shittier but not like that.
I have an okay GPU/CPU and have no trouble, but I did fuck with settings once to get a super low res, crispy pixel look. Its ass for visibility though, but goes to show how flexible the settings are
