Anzu is also more of the low energy smug while Usagi is more of a cute genki airhead so I wasn't sure where to land on that either.
A long shirt with sailor details is fairly generic but I tried to make it work. I could go for something completely different like a dress tho.
I tried a lot of ideas based on the same rough idea, you can check them all, but these 4 are my favorites.
