1. This argument won't only apply when Gura is involved. Ex: the Gura/Pekora baseball announcement would have been know ahead of time and those other streams would be overlapping; or if someone say had a schedule set in stone and decided to break it to stream on their day off and started right before someone else returning, that is overlapping. Overlap would happen everyday
2. Are you admitting Advent is lacking? Why would they need such an underhanded tactic of praying a branch colleague doesn't show up to met some mysterious "win" condition? Many people are still at work or coming home at 6. VODs will be used regardless.
3. If Gura makes the EN box double then she is bring in a NEW audience so there will be even MORE eyes on Advent even if they watch later on. Also a pebble or a ruffian aren't going to stop watching their oshi for Gura. And if the viewer is a fan of both Advent and Gura then you will just have another Fauna/Gura Darksoul duo stream situation.
