Smegma isn't an issue either and it doesn't even begin to accumulate for at least 24+ hours anyway, and you can just wash your dick at any time, so it's not a problem.
Also, circumcised dicks can still get smegma, and, in fact, it can be argued that circumcised penises are a lot dirtier, since a lot of circumcised guys think that just because they're circumcised that it somehow means that they don't have to ever wash their penises, even though they still do have to.
Uncut guys actually are more likely to go through the effort of remaining more hygienic because of the mistaken belief that uncut is somehow less hygienic, when it's not actually any more or less hygienic.
