The joke here is that Neal Mohan, CEO of youtube, is confusing Hololive with Nijisanji, and therefore thinks it is their fault for graduating his oshi, which is implied to be Nijisanji Indian branch Noor. As a result, he is culling the subs to the new branch's gen, ReGloss. So in that sense, Mococo showing to him an overly simplistic but important message saying that Hololive is not Nijisnaji would solve the problem.
