>>53455014>>53455311>>53455605Audio-Technica R70x, one of the input plugs and speaker failed. I opened them up but the internal plug was fucked (the detachable cables still worked perfectly on the other side) and the wiring from the plug to the driver wasn't looking good either.
They're not _ultra_ expensive but it seriously shit me because they're the best audio I've ever had.
The last pair I had were AD900x's and they lasted almost 8 years before the internals finally fell apart and they started failing. The R70x only lasted 18 months.
I've already ordered another R70X because I'm very picky about audio and I hate how base heavy & tinny literally every other brand on the market is, and as much as I liked the AD900's their audio wasn't quite as good as the R70x.
Maybe AT can fix it and I'll have it as a spare.
