She might have meant it as "she has access to your archive", and the situation is already an absolute mess. If I were you I'd try securing them again until the situation clears up. You can always delete them again if she fixes them on her own, but if you wait too long before recovery you might randomly overwrite them and make some of the data unrecoverable.
