Like, he said something about how he'd be most comfortable hanging out with her the best out of most other people (except maybe Kuzuha, but even he said that Kuzuha doesn't really fit in that area for him either) they seem to somehow still have a close relationship with each other despite their lack of interaction.
Apparently she'd be his first go-to if he's sad or something rather than Kuzuha like most people think. Which is rather interesting to note, I find their friendship very interesting, it's like... a perfectly wholesome platonic ship, and by god is that rare to find...
