Nene had troubles with the scalability of her rewards already, adding more stuff to do for new tiers will take away even more time. A quick way to not increase workload would be to just spread out the current rewards over the new tiers, but it would look 100% jewish.
Management will learn soon enough that if you ask for premium price, you get held to premium standards. Good luck selling tiers above 10k if they have nothing really interesting as a reward.
Right now Lua has a 10k patreon tier that has nothing special over the other tiers and is "just more support", can't see them going to 20k and still doing the same "just more support" thing.
