So it'll say it's $500 a week but the actual cost is 500*52/12 so it's $2166.67 a month.
And yeah that's pretty standard for a 1 beddie apartment atm.
Mine is pretty cheap (only $2085 a month!) but that's because I've lived here for years and haven't complained about stuff that would cost the owner a few grand to fix (I have a literal piss-stained mattress from the previous tenant in a corner of my living room since it came furnished).
