>>2245315As far as i can tell from her artworks the "head tentacles" dont turn into hair on their way to the head, they simply have the same colour and probably a bit of hair laying over them. You can see that the best at the "crown" thing (Idk terminology, ESL).
So they would probably be the same texture all the way to their base, unless the orange part is wet/gooey somehow.
Also this implies that if you shaved Inas head hair she would look like a slug (picrelated)
