People don't normally watch a group of vtubers for the group itself, they have 1 oshi and sometime tune in on the same corpo/group if said vtuber is not streaming. Collabs are fun but they should not be spammed because they defeat the purpose of hanging out with the vtuber 1on1 (as chat), which is the point of watching this shit in the first place.
Each vtuber clicks with a different audience and has that precise audience for a reason, forcing collabs only alienates the existing core fanbase to target a new audience that may not even exist.
I think the Kawaii girls are more "friends" than most other corpos or groups simply because of the time they spent and the shit they have been through together. I don't need them to show it on stream more than it already is though, why would I? I don't care about "friendship content" and the "quality" of /pkg/ doesn't matter for the stream I watch.
If this thread being shit really impacts your enjoyment of Production Kawaii maybe you should... uhhh... close the tab?
Actual streams and their chats are the only things that matter and they are pretty good.
