To be fair Council has functionally been running as a 4-man gen since only like 2 months in anyway so comparing them to a full gen is unlikely to match up even if Council had a couple powerhouse chad streamers. Even so however Council gets outstreamed by Gen 2 which has been like 2-3ish people for fucking years and has seen every single one of them have serious burnout periods besides Subaru who is one of the best Holos ever.
