>Finana in the first wave>Petra in the second wave>Literally all of Ethyria>Luca and Shuthey unironically just got lucky that Pomu and Selen were 10/10 talents and the management used that to convince themselves that they knew what they were doing. once things got oversaturated people realized "you know, this group of 30+ people is kind of boring when the 2 people I care about aren't in the collab" and it all went downhill from there. you can afford to have bad hires in a company that is balanced out with good hires who can make the bad ones shine. but when like 90% of your company is bad hires and only maybe one person in each wave is redeemable, it can completely degrade the culture.
