There's HoloFES, of course, but that's not JP exclusive, it's for all of Hololive, EN and ID. Hell maybe CN would've been involved in one if they had their 3Ds by the time the next Fes happened.
Viv:ID happened, but that was a convention venue concert tour, rather than a dedicated concert venue.
EN really is the only one that can justify a full on exclusive concert venue for them. Kind of wild.
