"He was chosen by Gods"
Shu Yamino was brought to modern times by Gods and was asked to hold a certain position to monitor or manage people.
Two Gods appeared at the moment, one of them was holding electronic devices that apparently did not suit this timeline, such as laptop and mobile phone. Both of the Gods felt sorry for Shu, and decided to send the entire hut to present times.
Trying to figure out the reason for doing that, we assumed that the Gods chose Shu to become a helper.
Considering the information in Uki's original song, Deja vu, a person would be chosen every thousand years to become divine.
As Shu has admitted that Jujutsu relies on natural or other mythical powers instead of the sorcerer himself, this assumption has become more persuasive.
It can be a strong evidence if the songs he chose in the second karaoke stream are related to his lore (e.g. God Sees All, ライムライト). According to the lyrics, he may be given tasks of monitoring or managing others.
"Execution by burning"
Shu Yamino was burned to death in a witch hunt.
Among the two groups, Shu's lore video is the most difficult to understand because of the energy involved. However, what if this ridiculous video was produced to cover the sad truth behind? The whole story can be totally different.
In the beginning, there was a kid that wanted to play tricks on Shu. According to our analysis, his position could be interpreted as a person who was intended to frame Shu. This may be related to Shu's ability to use sorcery.
The plan has succeeded in conclusion, and Shu accidentally caught on fire, which could be implying that he was judged to be burnt at the stake.
