pic related is what your average model looked during the XP era.
And it (XP) kept up all the way through next gen, it could also easily display even modern stuff if not for arbitrary limitations (mostly functions being renamed under the new OS).
You'd make sense only if it was using the background from windows 95 but even then it could handle newer tech for a good while.
