I've been wanting to learn the guitar for a few years but I know I'll never have the time or motivation for it and I'll have the same problems I have with the piano so there's no point in buying one.
If you have it and it was free there's no downside to trying it out if you have the time. I'd imagine it would make learning the bass easier later on.
