"Going to appeal" could just as easily mean "they've already started but we haven't heard back yet" because you need a response before it can really be considered being appealed. And then you're sperging out by ignoring everything that was already done. Getting info to her about what could have caused the ban at well past midnight, and starting the process at that hour instead instead of being unavailable until the following morning.
