She clearly said that she admired Mori for her work ethic and Ame for her determination to do the technical side of things. The reason for admiring the first one is pretty self explanitory and for the latter she talked forever in her stream about vtuber tech, software, file formats, hardware, various jargon, so it's obviously something she's passionate about.
I'm sure the rest of the things mentioned in the OP are just as dumb.
