I think she's nicer(not hard to pull off) and cuter.
Though her content is a bit lacking, mostly media-share and reacting to chat bits/redeems.
It's nice to see a rising star still interact with their chat so much but its like 70% of her content.
I don't mind coomer-baiting, but I tend to dislike down bad coomer-chat making the same 3 sex jokes over and over.
She has some wack talents like being really good at animal noises and this fucked up rapid-fire burping noise.
Also her rig is super good, 2wintails is a vtuber god really.
tl;dr: Generally comfier and nicer than Vei with a little less variety going on.
