It requires a download and a relatively beefy computer to make images in less than an hour, I guess, mine is so old I won't even bother trying. The free ones on the internet are NSFW-filtered and I suspect the seeds for faces have been deliberately fudged to prevent deepfakes and copyright infringements. Either way, persistence is needed for anything decent-looking. Pic related is the best out of around thirty attempts on one of those free ones.
