(I suppose you can use Paint with local, I'm not knowledgeable about local's inpaint process), I "draw" a huge portion of the image with the girl's skin tone. then I img2img or inpaint over the part of the image that I drew earlier resulting in very huge close-ups mimicking getting stepped on. I dunno if there's a lora for it, but there's a tag called "against glass" that can make the foot look like it's pressing against an invisible surface. You can inpaint that too, by drawing "circles" on the toes/soles with a darker skin tone gradient than the girl's normal skin tone.
Now, as payment for this knowledge. I demand a couple of licks and some thorough claw cleaning.
