I call my friends things 10X worse on a daily basis, most dirty talk is either so light or overdone they're basically comedy one liners. If I wanted to actually degrade someone I'd tell them to examine the asymmetry of their skull in the mirror and write down their findings. Or write naked on the floor slamming their limbs into the ground until I feel sympathy. Dirty talk as its portrayed in most scenarios feels like shit I'd hear in a TF2 lobby.
