This means she speaks less often, and when she does, paces herself much more than usual compared to normal conversation.
The result is less information transmitted, or more "dead air", but the effect is that she feels more like an actual anime show made in realtime.
Enforcing this kayfabe and persona is likely her top priority on stream.
