Mumei is definitely one of the best of EN for sure when she cares enough to actually try. I don't dislike IRyS, but she's very overrated. She has one tone and style to her singing and any slight deviation of it breaks her, as demonstrated by her karaokes and any attempts to deviate from her sort of spoken singing. I would like to believe that this is mostly because she has dedicated all of her practice to singing anime songs, which all tend to sound the same. Nerissa is more or less on the "good" side of things for now, but she has shown to be a very emotive and expressive singer, she'll get there for sure and she can definitely change it up and become a top tier singer. Mori is a good example of how someone can change and evolve their style properly and go to unexpected places for a pleasant surprise. Bae has her style that usually has her belting, but she can do softer vocals and use her very pleasant softer voice too, so overall she can still improve so much and keep getting better and learning more about her own voice. Gura doesn't sing enough anymore, she shouldn't even be brought up in these conversations. Not shitposting, she's objectively, literally not around enough for it to even matter. She's cute, I guess.
The rest of EN falls under a mixed bag that ranges from "good", "sounds good singing one genre/specific song", "soul" and "fun". Kiara for example sounds good singing over a catchy poppy track. Ame goes from soul and fun to sounding good with specific songs, and so on. Ranking them is pointless though since it's all based on individual taste, but you can get a pretty good idea of who is who when you properly listen to how consistent they are, style, range, etc. That stuff can be properly measured and discussed as opposed to just having a list based on opinion.
