By quitting her job she would be giving up her career in that industry.
If from streaming she makes 100k before tax then cool she makes enough to pay for living expenses and save a bit and buy some stuff she wants.
But then what if next year she makes 80k? What if the year after she makes 50k?
Streaming as a primary career is dangerous and unless you're making over 500k it's not worth quitting your day job over.
